I wanted to share with you my experience with Markman Farm Looms, owned and operated by Lynn Markman. First, her website is beautifully designed by Kelly Jones and Darryl Jones (Splattered Ink), who by the way Kelly Jones is a fabulous loom knitter, the site is easy to navigate, offers a chat option and is wonderfully created. But beyond the great website, I was truly impressed with the exceptional customer service I received after my purchase. I purchased the Small Gauge Wee Round Set of looms, this included the Round 10 peg, 12 peg, 16 peg and 20 peg loom for a discounted price of $39.95. That is a $10.00 discount over ordering each individual loom. I used Paypal for the purchase and as usual received an email from Paypal, but what wasn’t usual, was the next morning in my inbox was a personal email from Lynn, thanking me for my order, with her acknowledging what I ordered, this email was not just a standard form email, but she took the time to personalize the message. This is such a simple thing that Lynn does for every order, but yet it has a huge impact.
For those who do not know Lynn Markman she is dedicated to loom knitting and to giving, she has offered a fabulous offer for those backers of the new book by Bethany Daily, Loom Knitting for Little People, and continually offers free, friendly advice to new and experienced loom knitters alike.
Lynn is running a Facebook special: Markman Looms Facebook Special! Order from our Website, Looms & Products, $50.00 retail, receive Our Newest, Tiniest ADR Loom, FREE!! Comes with a String Sak Pattern, great for a water bottle, knitting project (using the new loom!) and whatever!! This loom is not available for individual purchase. Offer to my FB Friends ONLY! I hope you take a moment to stop by her site and look around, you might find the loom you need for your next project. I know I am eagerly awaiting my new looms from Markman Farm.
